Signed, Sealed, Delivered: Rehearsal Dinner Favors

Gladys came to Anjana already deep in the planning of her best friend's wedding - she knew the couple's aesthetic: black and white, elegant, modern. And she knew the detail that made their story: the bride and groom had met at a post office.

The vessel

Choosing the container took some consideration. Glass jars felt too casual. Various sizes and shapes came and went. They kept returning to the same criteria: it had to hold up against a black-and-white palette and feel intentional, not generic. The matte black tin was the answer - clean contrast against the white wax, and the right size for a rehearsal dinner place setting.

The details

The moment Anjana heard "they met at a post office," the direction was clear. The challenge was translating that into something that felt genuinely elegant. They explored postal-themed imagery - stamps, mailboxes, letters - before landing on a miniature wax envelope mold with a small red heart at the center. It was the perfect touch of customization to the candles.

The label

Each tin was finished with a unique label: the couple's initials, the date, and Signed, Sealed, Delivered. White script on dark background, simple layout. It turned a candle favor into something truly custom for this special occasion.
